. Payment Policy

• A deposit of 50% of the stay is required
• All Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars per night
• All rates quoted are per unit per night single or double occupancy
• All additional person from 2 years and older, 3rd person rates of USD50 will apply plus 10% tax
• 10% HAITIAN Government Tax and 5 % Service Charge are additional to all rates.

. Check In and Check Out Times

• Check-in must be 1 p.m. or later
• Check-out must be made by 11 a.m.

. Credit Cards accepted

• Visa & Mastercard.
• Your credit card details which will be kept only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.

. Included / Not included in the price

• Breakfast and dinner or buffets are included in the price.
• Wi-fi Internet or cable  included
• Beverages not included

. Cable / Internet / Telephone / Electricity

• In the event of an interruption, we will do our best to resolve the problem in due time.

. Cancellation Policy

• In case of no Show or Late Cancellations a penalty of one night (room
  & tax) will be charged on your credit card.
• In the event you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel at least 15 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.

. Cancellation and Payment Policy (High Season)

• Full payment is required.
• High Season (Easter, Holiday Season & Carnival) 2-night fee for cancellations made within 21 days of your stay will be charged.

. Child Policy

• Maximum of 2 children, 0 to 2 years inclusive, can share the room with parents at no extra charge.

• Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in.
• All Suites can accommodate Four (4) adults (All additional person $50.00 + tax)
• Storage for personal belongings storage is available for early arrivals and late departures
• Pricing and policies are subject to change without notice
